What this site is for
This is patient education about breasts that stayed small, published by Chongqing West District Hospital, a tertiary general hospital in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. It is a concern guide rather than a procedure page: it answers whether there is a problem at all, why the breasts stayed small, and what the options honestly achieve. The operations themselves, and the anatomy they work on, are explained on the breast and body hub and on Dr. Mao’s own site.
The question the site begins with
Whether there is a problem. The range of what is normal is much wider than most people assume, breast size follows family patterns more than anything else, and a substantial share of the people who ask about this need no treatment whatever. Beginning there rather than at the operation is what makes the rest of the site useful, and it is why doing nothing is the first rung of the ladder rather than a failure to decide.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not name products or brands, quote prices or dosages, or promise a result. It does not describe surgical technique, because that belongs to the pages that cover the surgery. It does not present a tablet, a cream, a pump or an exercise as a way to enlarge the breast, and it does not treat development that has not happened, or a change on one side only, as an appearance question at any point.
The limits of a website
Nothing here can tell you whether your own development has finished, whether your own history raises a question worth investigating, or what a given operation would look like on your frame. Those require a history and an examination in person. Use this site to arrive at an assessment with better questions, and treat any answer you receive here as general information rather than as advice about you.
